I met Tom at an Open House he was showing. We had a good chat about the real estate market and he offered to take me around and show me various properties.
I called him back a day or two later and he arranged to pick me up at my B & B. We spent the morning looking at 6 different properties. He had the properties all layed out on a sheet of paper with addresses, descriptions of the properties and pricing.
Tom was very organized and knew the local market well. He showed me properties with a variety of pricing in order to demonstrate to me what was available.
